As part of the preorder process, Classic Southern Smocks communicates an expected shipping arrival window which may vary. Preorder items are shipped within a week of delivery from our manufacturer.

Returns from preorders are only accepted in limited circumstances. If an error occurs due to an error on the part of ourselves or the manufacturer then please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your shipment so that we can help resolve the issue.
